The MegaFlood 40–320 W range delivers unrivalled flexibility to low to mid mounting height-industrial and commercial environments requiring proven, controlled, energy-efficient illumination. Each luminaire combines a high-efficiency Nichia LED chipset, Inventronics driver technology, and a thermally balanced die – cast aluminum housing rated IP66 and IK10. Designed for use in limitless applications including manufacturing facilities, car parks, workshops, wash bays the range provides stable lumen performance, low maintenance, and long service life, with flexible configuration options across, optics, mounting, CCT, CRI, powder coating colours and control protocols.

Future-Proof LED Lighting for 24/7 Rail Maintenance Operations
Momentum Trains’ Mindyarra Train Maintenance Centre required a future-proof lighting solution for a 24/7, solar-powered 25-hectare facility, where Tigerlight delivered a site-wide installation of over 840 luminaires using the MegaFlood modular lighting platform. Configured from 20 W to 200 W with T4M and T4S precision optics, the system achieves 80 lux maintenance targets, integrates DALI control and remote drivers, and provides 3000 K, CRI 80 illumination for clear, safe operations. The design ensures low glare, zero upward light spill and full obtrusive light compliance, including dark-sky protection near the Coonabarabran Observatory, delivering a robust, energy-efficient and scalable rail maintenance lighting solution.
