Mako-X Emergency Corrosion-Resistant Area Light
The Mako-X Emergency Corrosion-Resistant Area Light integrates a maintained emergency backup system directly into the Mako-X platform, delivering three hours of compliant emergency illumination via a built-in LiFePO₄ battery, self-test control and visual status indicator. This ensures uninterrupted visibility and life-safety compliance in industrial, mining, and safety-critical environments during power failure events.
In standard operation, the luminaire provides high-output general area lighting, automatically switching to instant emergency mode when mains power is lost. All emergency components are fully enclosed within the corrosion-resistant driver compartment, protecting the battery and electronics from moisture, dust, chemicals and vibration.
With IP66 and IK10 protection, a rounded debris-shedding housing, and a high-visibility orange emergency fascia for rapid identification, the Mako-X Emergency model delivers long-term durability, operational safety and regulatory compliance in the most demanding industrial, coastal and mining applications.

Standard T2M and T4M configurations with optional T3M, T4S, T5M, and T5W beam types.
Supports microwave motion sensing and 1–10 V dimming for energy-efficient control.
Available in standard white temperatures as well as Amber (595 nm turtle-friendly) and Green (535 nm eyewash zone) variants.
