Mako LED Area Light
The Mako Area Light is purpose-built for industrial environments where durability, controlled distribution, low glare and visibility are critical. Engineered for installation heights from 2.4 to 6 metres, it provides powerful, uniform illumination across gantries, conveyors, access roads and plant areas, improving safety and operational clarity. Built from corrosion-resistant LM6 aluminium and impact-resistant polycarbonate, Mako combines a Nichia LED chipset with a Philips Xitanium driver to achieve high luminous efficacy, long service life and rock-solid reliability. With IP66 and IK10 protection, it is proven to perform in harsh outdoor industrial conditions where dust, vibration and water exposure are constant.
Options
T2M and T4M standard; optional T3M, T4S, T5M, and T5W optics available for tailored light distribution and beam precision.
Available in 2200 K, 3000 K, 4000 K, and 5000 K with optional Amber and Green variants.
Standard CRI is greater than 70, with CRI greater than 80 available upon request.

Amber LEDs (595 nm) engineered for installations above the Tropic of Capricorn and in coastal, dusty or mist-affected environments. Delivers improved visibility while minimising impact on turtle nesting and marine wildlife.
