Corso Solar Engine
The Corso Solar Engine is a fully integrated off grid power system engineered to deliver reliable, continuous energy to Tigerlight industrial luminaires in remote or infrastructure-limited environments. Its core strength is a complete, self-contained solar power assembly that captures, stores, and delivers clean energy without the need for trenching, electrical circuits or site power upgrades. This makes the Corso Solar Engine an ideal solution for mining roads, compounds, pathways, perimeter lighting and public space projects where dependable solar autonomy is essential.
Each Corso unit combines a high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panel, a long life LiFePO₄ battery with an intelligent battery management system and a programmable MPPT smart controller in a durable and low maintenance pole top assembly. Engineered for long term energy stability, the Corso Solar Engine maximises energy capture through smart charging, protects battery health and ensures consistent operation in harsh Australian conditions. The result is a robust and cost-efficient solar power system that enables reliable off-grid lighting across industrial, mining and municipal applications.

Design Your Corso Solar System In 3 Simple Steps
Corso solar lighting systems are engineered to deliver up to 72 hours of autonomy, providing dependable performance in off-grid and low-sunlight environments.
To protect long-term battery life, Tigerlight systems are designed to avoid frequent deep discharges. This is achieved by precisely balancing solar panel capacity, battery size, light output, and operating hours for each installation.

Step 1: Know Your Location
Solar performance varies across Australia. Northern regions receive higher average solar exposure than southern states, directly influencing system output and sizing.
Tigerlight designs every Corso system using Australian solar zone data to ensure reliable year-round performance.

Step 2: Set the Light Behavior
Corso Solar Engines and compatible Tigerlight light heads are fully programmable to suit how the site is used.
Operating hours, output levels, and sensor response are configured to match traffic patterns, safety needs, and security requirements, while maintaining battery autonomy.

Step 3: Match Power to Performance
The final step is matching the solar engine size to the selected light head or light head combination.
Panel and battery capacities are sized to deliver the required illumination in each solar zone, without compromising autonomy or service life.
